Parts are matched to model numbers, and similar-looking robots can use different parts. Confirming yours takes a minute.
Check the label
Most robots carry a label on the underside and another on the dock. Note the model code printed next to the regulatory marks.
Check the app
- Open the robot's app and select the device.
- Look in settings for device information or about.
- Compare the model name there with the label.
Match it to a part
Search for your model on this site, then confirm the same model code on the seller's listing before ordering.
